The International Cultural Centre operates a Gallery specialising in modern art in its widest sense, that is from the 19th century to the present. One of the most frequent subjects is the art from the turn of the century, ranging from the unique works of the architects of this period to the most interesting phenomena of European avant-garde painting. The exhibitions are accompanied by lectures. The ICC Gallery rents other places in Krakow for its exhibitions: at the turn of 1996 the presentation of works by Egon Schiele, took place in Pałac Sztuki (Palace of Art) and was followed by exhibitions of the works by Georg Grosz, Otto Dix, Gustaw Klimt, Oskar Kokoschka, and Alfons Mucha presenting the art of German speaking countries.
