Event description
The exhibition "From Galileo's telescope to telescope space" presents 400 years of evolution and spotting telescope - is a tool for the observation of new phenomena in the sky to a precision instrument. Important place in the exhibition are the accessories that helped to turn the telescope from your observation of the gauge and even micrometers, interactive and CCD cameras, photometers and spectroscopes. The exhibition is complemented by numerous interactive installations that allow viewers to better understand the principle of operation and how to use telescopes. Located on the exhibition of historical telescopes and telescopes as well as images, graphics and prints illustrate the change in appearance and methods of astronomical observations over the past 400 years.

The exhibition is accompanied by a rich offer of education. It includes museum lessons, observations of the sun and moon, night sky observations and popular science lectures.

The exhibition is open from 1 October to 18 December 2009.
Opening hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 09.00 to 14.30
Thursday from 09.00 to 17.30
Saturday, Sunday from 10.00 to 14.00
Admission to the exhibition is free of charge
